Instructions
1-Rinse the artichokes thoroughly under cold water. Trim off the top quarter and remove thorny tips. To speed cooking, you may halve the artichokes.
2-Combine olive oil, minced garlic, lemon juice, salt, pepper, and optional Parmesan cheese and herbs in a bowl.
3-Using a basting brush, evenly coat the artichokes with the seasoning mixture.
4-Preheat the air fryer to 375Β°F (190Β°C).
5-Arrange the artichokes in a single layer in the air fryer basket; avoid overcrowding.
6-Cook for 20 to 25 minutes for halved artichokes, or 25 to 30 minutes if whole, flipping halfway through.
7-Carefully remove, allow to cool briefly, and serve. Optional dipping sauces like garlic aioli or lemon mayo can be added.
