🍿 This Biscoff Cookie Popcorn recipe offers a delightful combination of sweet honey glaze and crunchy cookie bits for a unique snack experience.
🍯 Perfect for movie nights or parties, it delivers a satisfying texture and indulgent flavor that’s easy to make at home.

  • Total Time: 20 minutes
  • Yield: 8 cups

Ingredients

– 8 cups plain popped popcorn

– Fine salt to taste

– 1/2 cup honey

– 1/3 cup granulated sugar

– 1/2 cup cookie spread

– 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

– 1 1/2 cups chopped cookies

– 1/2 cup melted white chocolate chips

Instructions

1-First, get your 8 cups of plain popped popcorn ready in a large bowl and add fine salt to taste for a balanced flavor.

2-In a small saucepan, combine 1/2 cup honey and 1/3 cup granulated sugar, then boil and simmer this mixture for about 2 minutes until it’s bubbly and smooth.

3-Once that’s done, remove it from the heat and stir in 1/2 cup of cookie spread along with 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract until everything melts together nicely.

4-Next, pour this warm mixture over your popcorn and gently stir to coat each piece evenly, being careful not to crush the kernels.

5-Spread the coated popcorn on a large baking sheet to cool and set.

6-Then, top it with 1 1/2 cups of chopped cookies and drizzle 1/2 cup of melted white chocolate chips over the top for extra sweetness.

7-Let everything sit until the chocolate hardens completely, which only takes a little while.
