4 tablespoons unsalted butter

1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning

8 ounces cheddar cheese

3/4 cup half and half

Notes

πŸ§€ Use block cheese and grate it yourself for a creamier sauce that melts better than pre-shredded cheese
🌢️ Adjust Cajun seasoning based on its saltiness and spice level – taste and add more if needed
πŸ₯› Keep leftovers moist by adding extra half and half or milk when reheating, and store in airtight container for up to 5 days
