– 2 cups chicken broth

– 1/2 cup milk

– 1/2 cup heavy cream

– 8 ounces bow tie pasta (or any kind, including gluten-free)

– 1/4 to 1/2 cup parmesan cheese

– 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

1-First, heat the olive oil and unsalted butter in a large skillet over medium heat.

2-Add the 1 pound (450 grams) of chicken breast pieces and cook until no longer pink.

3-Then, stir in the 1 cup diced purple onion and 1 cup chopped tricolor peppers, cooking until the chicken is fully done and browned.

4-Next, mix in the 2 cloves minced garlic, salt to taste, and pepper to taste, and cook for one more minute.

5-Add the 8 ounces bow tie pasta, 2 cups chicken broth, 1/2 cup milk, and 1/2 cup heavy cream. Stir well, bring to a boil, then lower the heat, cover, and simmer for 20 minutes.
