  • Total Time: 35 minutes
  • Yield: 12 puffs

Ingredients

– 1 can (12.4 oz) pizza crust

– 2 cups diced rotisserie chicken

– 8 strips cooked crispy bacon

– 2.5 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

– 1 stick (8 tablespoons) butter

– 6 cloves garlic, minced

– 2.5 cups heavy cream

– 3/4 cup grated parmesan cheese

– 1-2 teaspoons red pepper flakes

– Salt and pepper to taste

– 6 tablespoons butter

– 3 cloves garlic, minced

– 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, minced

– 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese

– Red pepper flakes (optional, add to taste)

Instructions

1-Start by making the Alfredo sauce: Melt 1 stick (8 tablespoons) of butter in a skillet over medium heat, then add 6 cloves of minced garlic and stir until fragrant.

2-Next, pour in 2.5 cups of heavy cream and let it simmer for a few minutes to thicken.

3-Stir in 3/4 cup of grated parmesan cheese until the sauce is smooth and creamy, then season with 1-2 teaspoons of red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper to taste.

4-Preheat your oven to 425 degrees for regular crust or 400 degrees for thin crust to ensure even baking.

5-While the oven heats, mix the garlic butter by combining 6 tablespoons butter, 3 cloves minced garlic, 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, and 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese, with red pepper flakes if you like some heat.

6-Brush this garlic butter into the muffin pan cups for added flavor.

7-Roll out the pizza dough into a rectangle and cut it into 12 circles, then press each one into the muffin cups.

8-Layer the fillings: Start with some shredded mozzarella cheese, add 2 cups of diced rotisserie chicken, spoon in the Alfredo sauce, place 8 strips of cooked crispy bacon on top, and finish with more shredded mozzarella cheese.

9-Bake for 10-14 minutes, turning the pan halfway for even cooking.

10-Once done, brush the puffs with the remaining garlic butter and serve warm with extra Alfredo sauce on the side.
