Ingredients
– 22 ounces white chocolate chips
– 14 ounces sweetened condensed milk (do not substitute evaporated milk)
– 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, cold and cut into small cubes
– ΒΌ to Β½ teaspoon red gel food coloring (start with ΒΌ teaspoon and add as needed)
– ΒΌ to Β½ teaspoon green gel food coloring (start with ΒΌ teaspoon and add as needed; use gel, not liquid)
Instructions
1-In a medium saucepan over medium-low heat, combine the white chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, and cold butter cubes. Stir constantly for 4-6 minutes until everything melts and becomes smooth, then remove from heat.
2-Divide the melted mixture into three equal parts. Add red gel food coloring to one part and stir until itβs fully mixed, then do the same with green gel food coloring for the second part, leaving the third part white.
3-Spoon dollops of the white, red, and green fudge randomly into the prepared pan to create a fun pattern.
4-Use a wooden skewer or butter knife to gently swirl the colors into a decorative design without over-mixing.
5-Press a small piece of parchment paper gently on top to smooth the surface, being careful not to disturb the pattern.
6-Refrigerate for 2-3 hours until the fudge is fully set.
7-Lift the fudge from the pan using the parchment overhang and cut into 64 one-inch squares with a sharp, warmed knife for clean edges.

β³ Work quickly when mixing gel food coloring into the melted white chocolate as it firms up fast once removed from heat.
π₯ Avoid overheating or burning chocolate; constant stirring is necessary to prevent grainy texture.
π Use parchment or foil with edges hanging over the pan for easy fudge removal and warm the knife before slicing for clean cuts.
βοΈ Store fudge in airtight container in the fridge up to 1 week or freeze for up to 2 months; thaw completely before serving.
π Customize fudge by adding crushed candy canes, sprinkles, nuts, or flavor extracts like vanilla, peppermint, lemon, coconut, or mint.
