4-Combine: 1 cup salted butter and 1 cup brown sugar in a saucepan, stirring frequently until it reaches a boil, and continue stirring for 5 minutes to create a smooth toffee layer.
5-Pour: the mixture evenly over the crackers, making sure every piece is covered.
6-Bake: the pan for 5 minutes in the oven until bubbly and golden.
7-Remove: from the oven and let sit for a minute or two until the crackers settle, then use a butter knife to arrange any overlapping crackers back into place.
8-Immediately sprinkle: 2 cups white chocolate chips over the hot toffee and allow them to melt, then spread evenly.
9-Sprinkle: the cinnamon sugar mixture evenly over the melted chocolate.
10-Let cool: completely, then cut or break into pieces to serve.
