๐ŸŽ‰ Impress your holiday guests with this authentic coconut nog that’s smoother and more flavorful than traditional eggnog

  • Total Time: 1 hour 10 minutes
  • Yield: 6 servings (53 ounces) 1x

Ingredients

Scale

1 (12 oz) can evaporated milk for a smooth, creamy base

1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk to add sweetness and thickness

2 cups (1 15 oz can) cream of coconut for that rich coconut flavor

1/4 teaspoon cinnamon to bring in warm, aromatic notes

1/8 teaspoon nutmeg for a subtle spice that enhances the mix

1 teaspoon vanilla extract to enrich the overall taste

1 1/2 cups white rum for the authentic kick, though you can adjust to taste

Instructions

1-Gather all ingredients and tools to keep things running smoothly.

2-In a blender, combine the evaporated milk, sweetened condensed milk, and cream of coconut for the base.

3-Add the cinnamon, nutmeg, vanilla extract, and white rum to the mix.

4-Blend on high speed for 2-3 minutes until everything is smooth and frothy.

5-Taste and tweak the flavors, like adding more rum if you prefer it stronger.

6-Pour the mixture into a bottle or jar for storage.

7-Refrigerate for at least one hour to chill and let the tastes blend.

8-Before serving, shake well and pour into glasses, adding garnishes as desired.
