Ingredients

– 8 ounces uncooked pasta

– 2 tablespoons butter

– 2-3 cloves garlic, minced

– 2 tablespoons tomato paste

– 1 (14 ounce) can tomato sauce

– 3/4 cup heavy or whipping cream

– 1/4 teaspoon Italian seasoning

– Salt and pepper to taste

– Freshly grated parmesan cheese for serving

Instructions

1-Boil salted water and cook 8 ounces of pasta until al dente.

2-Melt 2 tablespoons butter in a skillet and sautΓ© 2-3 cloves of minced garlic for one minute.

3-Stir in 2 tablespoons tomato paste, one 14-ounce can of tomato sauce, 3/4 cup cream, and 1/4 teaspoon Italian seasoning.

4-Simmer the sauce for five minutes, then season with salt and pepper.

5-Drain the pasta and toss it with the sauce, adding pasta water if needed for the right consistency.

6-Serve with freshly grated parmesan cheese on top.
