7-Bake until golden: Pop them in the oven without flipping, baking for 45 minutes for small potatoes or 55 minutes for medium, until theyβre deep golden and crispy.
8-Serve hot: Take them out and garnish with finely chopped parsley if you like, then enjoy right away for the best texture.
