1 tablespoon granulated sugar

1 Β½ bricks cream cheese 8 oz each at room temperature

20 ounces sweetened condensed milk

Β½ cup lemon juice freshly squeezed or store-bought

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Assorted pastel food coloring such as yellow teal pink and purple

Whipped topping for topping and decoration

Instructions

1-Mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, sugars, and salt. Press the mixture into a 10-inch pie plate (sprayed with cooking spray), pressing some crumbs up the side. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour.

2-Beat cream cheese until fluffy. Add sweetened condensed milk and beat until smooth. Slowly add lemon juice and beat until the mixture thickens. Add vanilla and combine.

3-Divide the filling into 4 small bowls, add a few drops of different food coloring to each, and mix gently.

4-Alternately dollop the colored mixtures and remaining white mixture into the crust to create a pattern.

5-Use a skewer or knife to gently swirl the colors without overmixing.

6-Refrigerate for at least 8 hours or until firm.

7-Before serving, pipe whipped topping on top and add sprinkles if desired.
