2 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract

1 cup chopped walnuts, pecans, or chocolate chips

Instructions

1-Preheat your oven to 350Β°F and line a 9-inch loaf pan with parchment paper, letting it overhang on the two long sides. Lightly grease the paper with cooking spray for easy removal later.

2-In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, brown sugar, baking soda, and salt until well combined.

3-In a separate medium bowl, whisk the mashed bananas, eggs, yogurt, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract until smooth and mixed.

4-Add the wet ingredients to the dry ones and stir gently until just combined, being careful not to overmix.

5-Fold in the chopped nuts or chocolate chips to add texture and extra taste.

6-Pour the batter into the prepared pan and smooth the top with a spatula for an even bake.

7-Bake for 50 to 60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Let the bread cool completely in the pan before lifting it out using the parchment overhangs.
