πŸ₯€ Enjoy refreshing homemade drinkable yogurt that’s nutritious and customizable with your favorite fruits.
πŸ“ This quick and easy recipe provides a delicious way to boost your protein intake while enjoying natural sweetness and creamy texture.

  • Total Time: 5 minutes
  • Yield: 4 servings 1x

Ingredients

Scale

2 cups milk (regular or dairy-free)

Β½ cup yogurt (a thick variety preferred for higher protein and thicker consistency, but regular yogurt can also be used)

2 tablespoons maple syrup or honey (optional, depending on the sweetness of the fruit and yogurt)

1 cup chopped fruit (fresh or frozen, such as strawberries, blueberries, banana, peach, kiwi, or a blend)

Instructions

1-Place the milk, yogurt, optional sweetener, and chopped fruit in a high-speed blender. You can use fresh or frozen fruit and mix different fruits as desired.

2-Blend on medium-low speed until smooth and evenly combined. This step usually takes about 1-2 minutes to get that perfect pourable texture.

3-Pour the mixture into four 4-ounce (120 ml) containers for easy serving.

4-Refrigerate for 1 hour before serving to let flavors blend and chill.

5-Shake before drinking if the mixture has been stored, as separation may occur.
