Ingredients

Scale

1/3 cup honey

1/4 cup soy sauce (reduced sodium preferred)

2 garlic cloves, minced or 1 teaspoon jarred minced garlic

Notes

⏳ Marinate shrimp for at least 15 minutes to boost flavor; longer marinating deepens the taste.
🌿 Fresh garlic provides better flavor than jarred; adjust garlic amount to taste.
🌢️ To thicken the sauce, stir 1 teaspoon cornstarch with 1 teaspoon warm water and add before cooking.
