Ingredients

– 1 box (16 ounces) uncooked penne pasta

– 8 tablespoons butter, divided

– 4 cups water

– 1 cup heavy cream

– ΒΌ teaspoon nutmeg

– 1 cup shredded Parmesan cheese

Instructions

1-Press SAUTE and cook chicken in olive oil until no longer pink.

2-Season and deglaze, then layer pasta and add water and butter.

3-Pressure cook on high for 4 minutes with the valve sealed.

4-Gradually quick release, stir, and add cream, nutmeg, and cheese.

5-Adjust seasoning and serve fresh.
