1 (15-ounce) can chickpeas, drained and rinsed

1/4 pound (4 ounces) Italian salami, thinly sliced

2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions

1-Prepare the dressing: Prepare the dressing by whisking together the olive oil, red wine vinegar, garlic, mustard, salt, pepper, and grated cheese in a small bowl until well combined.

2-In a large bowl: combine the shredded iceberg and romaine lettuce, chickpeas, Italian salami, and mozzarella cheese for the salad base.
