πŸ“ Fresh berries add a tart contrast that brightens each bite, making these brownies a perfect treat for any occasion.

  • Total Time: 1 hour
  • Yield: 24 brownies

Ingredients

– 1ΒΌ cups all-purpose flour

– 1 teaspoon salt

– 2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder

– 12 ounces semi-sweet chocolate

– 1 cup unsalted butter, cold and cut into cubes

– 2 cups granulated sugar

– 5 large eggs, at room temperature

– 8 ounces semi-sweet chocolate

– 1 block (8 ounces) cream cheese, at room temperature

– β…“ cup confectioners’ sugar

– β…“ cup seedless raspberry jam

– 1/8 teaspoon salt

– 4 ounces semi-sweet chocolate

– 1 teaspoon canola oil

Instructions

1-First, preheat the oven to 350Β°F (175Β°C) and line a 9Γ—13-inch baking pan with parchment paper, then give it a light spray. In one bowl, mix the flour, salt, and cocoa powder until they’re well combined. In another, melt the semi-sweet chocolate and butter together, either in the microwave or on the stove, and stir until smooth.

2-Next, blend the melted chocolate mixture with sugar and eggs, stirring gently so you don’t overmix. Fold in the dry ingredients just until everything comes together, then pour the batter into your pan. Bake for 30 minutes, and let the brownies cool fully before adding the frosting this keeps things neat.

3-For the frosting, melt the semi-sweet chocolate and beat it with cream cheese, confectioners’ sugar, raspberry jam, and a bit of salt until it’s creamy. Spread it over the cooled brownies for that truffle layer. Finally, melt the chocolate for the glaze with oil and drizzle it on top, then chill for at least 30 minutes to set.
