2-Strain the mixture through a fine mesh sieve, pressing lightly on the solids, then discard the solids. Refrigerate the syrup until it is chilled. To assemble, pour the desired amount of syrup into a glass, then top with club soda in a ratio of approximately 1 part syrup to 3 parts soda.
