1ยฝ pounds Brussels sprouts, halved, with stems and ragged outer leaves removed
3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
ยพ teaspoon kosher salt
ยฝ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
1 teaspoon honey
Instructions
1-Preheat the oven to 425ยฐF and position the oven rack in the middle. Line a baking sheet with heavy-duty aluminum foil.
2-Toss the Brussels sprouts directly on the prepared baking sheet with 2 tablespoons of the olive oil, salt, and pepper.
3-Roast for about 20 minutes, stirring once halfway through, until they are tender and golden brown.
4-After roasting, drizzle the remaining 1 tablespoon of olive oil, balsamic vinegar, and honey over the Brussels sprouts and toss to coat evenly.
5-Adjust seasoning if needed, then serve. If some Brussels sprouts are very large, cut them into quarters for even cooking.
