– 1 pound ground beef

– 1 packet (1 oz) taco seasoning mix

– 2/3 cup water

– 36 wonton wrappers

– 1 can (16 oz) refried beans

– 36 tortilla chips

– 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

– sour cream

– diced tomatoes

Instructions

2-Add the 1 packet (1 oz) of taco seasoning mix and 2/3 cup water, simmering for 4-5 minutes until the mixture thickens, then set it aside.

3-Place one wonton wrapper in each of the 18 muffin cups, then layer 1 tablespoon refried beans from the 16 oz can, crush one tortilla chip on top, add 1 tablespoon of the taco meat mixture, and sprinkle 1 tablespoon shredded cheddar cheese.

4-Repeat the layering with another wonton wrapper, 1 tablespoon refried beans, one crushed tortilla chip, 1 tablespoon taco meat, and 1 tablespoon shredded cheddar cheese for a hearty fill.

5-Bake for 15-18 minutes until golden brown, then let them cool slightly before adding toppings like sour cream, diced tomatoes, or cilantro.
