Instructions
1-Cooking the turkey bacon: cooking the turkey bacon in a skillet over medium heat until itβs crispy, then set it aside for layering later.
2-Mixing the cheese: mix the softened cream cheese with the shredded cheddar and mozzarella cheeses in a bowl; stir in the mayonnaise and season with salt and black pepper to bring out the flavors.
3-Spreading the cheese mixture: Spread this cheese mixture evenly on one side of each sourdough bread slice to build the sandwichβs core.
4-Assembling the sandwich: On two of the slices, add the tomato slices and spinach leaves over the cheese, then top with 3 slices of the cooked turkey bacon for that signature explosion. Cover these with the remaining bread slices, cheese side down, to form two hearty sandwiches that are ready for grilling.
