2 large onions (chopped)

1 large green bell pepper (thinly sliced)

2 cloves garlic (chopped)

3 cups chicken stock

2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce

1 tablespoon cornstarch

Instructions

1-Preheat your oven to 375ยฐF (190ยฐC). Pat the turkey wings dry with paper towels to ensure crisp skin during cooking, then season them with 2 teaspoons poultry seasoning, 1 teaspoon Cajun seasoning, 1 teaspoon garlic powder, 1 teaspoon onion powder, 1 teaspoon salt, and 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper for a flavorful base.

2-In a large bowl, toss the seasoned turkey wings with the chopped 2 large onions, thinly sliced 1 large green bell pepper, and chopped 2 cloves of garlic to evenly distribute the flavors and aromatics.

3-Arrange the wings in a single layer in a baking dish, then add 3 cups of chicken stock and 2 tablespoons of Worcestershire sauce to the dish for moisture and depth of flavor.

4-Bake in the preheated oven for about 45-60 minutes, turning halfway through to promote even browning and tenderness. Check the internal temperature to ensure it reaches 165ยฐF (74ยฐC).

5-Once cooked, remove the wings from the oven. In a small bowl, mix 1 tablespoon of cornstarch with a bit of the cooking liquid to create a slurry, then stir it back into the dish to thicken the sauce for a glossy finish.

6-Let the wings rest for a few minutes before serving to allow the juices to settle, resulting in perfectly tender meat.
