๐พ Use white whole wheat flour for an ideal texture; regular whole wheat flour is acceptable but produces a denser cookie
โฐ Avoid overbaking to maintain a soft and chewy interior; cookies will firm up upon cooling
๐ Line baking sheets with parchment paper to prevent sticking and avoid over mixing the dough to reduce gluten development and keep cookies tender
